Negronikortet is a guide to Negroni ratings. You can browse without an account. To create an account and submit ratings you must be 18 or over, confirm your e-mail address and accept the terms. The service must not be used unlawfully or in a way that harms others, its operation or its security.

A rating must be based on a real experience and must not contain false or misleading information, harassment, discrimination, threats, personal data about you or others, infringements of rights, or any other unlawful content. You must not manipulate ratings, submit spam, create accounts for abuse, or circumvent technical limits.

You may only upload photos you took yourself or are permitted to use. Photos should as a rule show only the drink and must not show recognisable people, private information, unlawful material or third-party protected content. You keep your rights and grant the association a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide right to store, technically adapt, moderate and publish the selected content in Negronikortet while the contribution is published. That right ends on deletion, apart from time-limited backups and documentation that must lawfully be retained.

Every contribution is reviewed before publication. The association may reject or remove content that breaches the rules, the law or the purpose of the service. We may restrict or close an account in cases of serious or repeated abuse. Moderation does not change the association’s official score. Contact us with the relevant content or account ID if you would like a decision reconsidered.

You can report a public rating or photo directly from the venue’s page. State the specific content, the reason, and the information needed to assess the report. We handle reports promptly and may contact you to clarify the matter.

You must use an e-mail address you have access to, and protect your password. An ordinary registration grants enthusiast access only. You can delete the account from Profile. That deletes the account’s e-mail, private profile, community ratings and photos. Contributions to the association’s shared official ratings may be kept without your account as their public author.

Negronikortet’s design, logo, texts and official ratings belong to the association or the relevant rights holders. You may share ordinary links, but not systematically copy, resell or republish content. Maps and venue search are provided by Google and are also covered by the additional Google Maps/Google Earth terms and Google’s privacy policy.

Information about venues, prices and opening hours can change. Check the relevant details with the venue. The association is liable under the general rules of Danish law, and these terms do not limit mandatory rights. The terms are governed by Danish law. Significant changes are communicated clearly; if you do not wish to accept them, you can stop using the account features and delete your account.
